Caleb Gordon

Caleb Gordon brings a wide spectrum of experience within the telecommunications space, ranging from customer experience to engineering. His background has uniquely equipped him to communicate with both customer facing and technical teams.

Caleb joined LiveOak Fiber in October of 2022. Prior to that, he held roles such as sales engineer, manager of technical support and care, customer service and billing manager, director of network operations and service assurance, and director of engineering.

Caleb holds a Ph.D. in organizational leadership and education, an MBA, a bachelor’s of English, and is finishing a bachelor’s of software engineering. Caleb also participated in several technology trainings and certifications throughout his career, such as Cisco CCNA and various CompTIA.

Originally from Manchester Township, NJ, Caleb now resides in Niceville, FL. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, reading, and studying programming.

Caleb’s favorite part about working at LiveOak Fiber is without a doubt his team. He believes he works with some of the brightest and kindest people, and truly enjoys working with them to bring fiber internet to the communities they serve.
