Who is LiveOak Fiber?

LiveOak Fiber is a high-speed fiber internet provider dedicated to delivering reliable, fast, and future-proof connectivity to homes and businesses in the Southern United States. Our mission is to improve the quality of life in our communities through technology by offering blazing-fast speeds, exceptional reliability, and superior customer support.

How will billing work?

Bills will be delivered digitally via email on the first of every month. Your first bill will be sent on May 1st, 2025 for the pay period of May 1 – 31, 2025.

How do I set up my billing account?


Prior to your first bill being delivered, you will receive an email from billing@liveoakfiber.com with instructions to set up your billing portal account. From this account, you will be able to manage your service, view your bill, and set up autopay. Watch this video to see step-by-step instructions on creating your billing portal.

Do I need to purchase any equipment to use LiveOak Fiber internet?

No! We provide all the necessary equipment, including a high-performance Wi-Fi router, at no extra cost.

Do you provide a TV option?

Yes! As part of our bulk agreement with your HOA, LiveOak Fiber partners with DirecTV Stream. With DirecTV Stream, you will have access to local channels, sports, and national networks. Additionally, you will have access to on-demand content and DVR options.
