The Lou Memorial Day Workout

The Lou Memorial Day Workout returns on May 26 to honor the legacy of Louis De Leon and support the family of fallen Walton County Sheriff’s Deputy Will May. Hosted at Bluewater Bay Fitness, this annual community-driven event blends a competitive fitness heat with youth activities, local food, and family-friendly fun. LiveOak Fiber will be onsite, providing food vouchers and covering lunch for attendees. And yes, we’re also securing a bounce castle to keep the youngest guests entertained while the grown-ups work.

Supporting The Lou means more than just showing up; it means standing with those who serve and the families who make sacrifices. Through the LiveOak Locale initiative, LOF is proud to back the Special Forces Association Chapter 7 in this mission.
