So, I call to set up new service because we are moving.  Quick process, seamless, and the tech was there at the day and time reserved.  Very professional and friendly. Cox is trash already but when you compare to live oak...you should be checked on by your family if you have anyone else. Install at new house was under 45 minutes!!! Had internet up in running after running a lot of wire and popping in where we asked. Very professional and looks great. Not just thrown up by someone who doesn't care, you can tell they take care of their employees because they take care of their customers! No complaints. No suggestions. Just wished they messed up my plants so I could have met ceo...lol
