How To Get LiveOak Fiber Into Your Community

LiveOak Fiber will work with your HOA/property manager to make the following process as easy and seamless as possible. We are committed to transparency and will share as much information as possible so there are no surprises along the way.

1. We contact your Property Manager/HOA.

First, we’ll need to get in touch with your property manager or HOA so we can start the process. This can be an HOA board member, community association manager (CAM), or a contact with your property management company.

2. We work with your Property Manager/HOA.

A LiveOak Fiber representative will come and give a thorough presentation on our company, our fiber internet, and the installation process. We will show pictures of each step of the construction process and answer any questions.

3. We’ll conduct an onsite walkthrough.

A member of the LiveOak Fiber construction team will do a thorough walkthrough of the building to inspect the wiring and determine the best way to connect individual residents. If any rewiring is needed, we will discuss associated costs with your property manager or HOA.

4. Our team provides options to Board/HOA for services
5. Property Management Decides/HOA votes.

Depending on your HOA bylaws, either the HOA board or all the homeowners will vote to approve LiveOak Fiber in the community. If you do not have an HOA, the decision will be up to your property management company.

6. Construction begins.

Once approved, we will begin the process by drafting a network plan specific to your building. This plan includes where and how the conduit and fiber will run. We will include your property manager and/or HOA president in this step to ensure our plan will work for your building. While construction work is a necessary part of installing a new fiber network, we strive to minimize disruption for the residents.

7. Services active and available.
