What is our “Year of Streaming” Promotion?
Our Year of Streaming Promotion gives new customers the chance to enjoy one streaming service for a full year—at no cost. The specific streaming service available may vary depending on the promotion running at the time you sign up and the internet package you choose. In most cases, you’ll be able to pick one service from a list of 3–4 popular streaming services, which are always shown in our marketing materials and on our website.
What is our “Streaming Reward” Promotion?
Our Streaming Reward gives new LiveOak Fiber customers the freedom to stream their way! When you sign up for an eligible internet plan, you’ll receive a Streaming Reward credit — a dollar amount you can use toward one or more streaming services of your choice. Depending on the specific Streaming Reward promotion running at the time you sign up, the available streaming services may be pre-selected from a list of participating providers. That means you’ll always know exactly which services your reward can be applied to. Whether you use it to enjoy a few months of a premium subscription or spread it across multiple basic plans, your Streaming Reward lets you decide how to watch, listen, and enjoy your favorite content.
Basic vs. Standard vs. Premium
The Year of Streaming promotion you receive often depends on the internet package you choose. While each streaming provider names their plans differently, we simplify them into three categories: Basic, Standard, and Premium.
Basic – The entry-level tier offered by a streaming service. You’ll have full access to their content library, but these plans are often ad-supported and may have limited features.
Standard – A mid-level option that offers more features than Basic, such as higher video quality or more simultaneous streams. These plans may or may not include ads, depending on the provider.
Premium – The top-tier version of a streaming service. Premium plans are typically ad-free, with the most features and flexibility (such as multiple streams at once).
Your internet package determines which streaming tier is included in your promotion.
How do I Become Eligible for the “Year of Streaming” or “Streaming Reward” Promotions?
To qualify for our Year of Streaming or Streaming Reward promotions, you’ll need to:
- Sign up for an eligible LiveOak Fiber internet plan while the promotion is active.
- Have your service installed.
- Maintain 30 consecutive days of service with your account in good standing.
Once these requirements are met, our partner, MyBundle, will send you an email with instructions on how to redeem your streaming offer. Rewards are typically delivered approximately 45 days after your installation date. Once the streaming offer is emailed, customers have 30 days to redeem the offer before it expires.
Please note: if your account falls out of good standing, or if you cancel or downgrade your service, you will lose eligibility for the Year of Streaming promotion and other promotional items.
