Jennifer Powers has close to 20 years of experience leading the People function in a variety of industries in New York City, NY and Jacksonville, FL. With a proven record of attracting and developing teams that deliver world-class strategic and operational services, Jennifer excels in providing companies with people, culture, and leadership solutions that improve business results.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from New York University. She also has certificates in executive coaching, leadership development, change management, human resources, project management, employment law, and creativity and personal mastery.
Jennifer joined the LiveOak Fiber team in December of 2022. Originally from Denver, she lived in NYC for 18 years before relocating to Jacksonville, FL. In her free time, Jennifer is a Peloton enthusiast and loves spending time with her two daughters. She is also an accomplished book author.
Jennifer’s favorite part about her role with LiveOak Fiber is working with a variety of dynamic and talented people on projects that drive the business forward.
