A premium service you don't pay to build

Fiber is one of the few things you can put in a new community that raises what it's worth without drawing on the construction budget.

We fund and build it. LiveOak pays for the network on your project. You allow the build, and it goes in with the rest of the underground work.

It goes in the ground with everything else. Buried from the street to every unit, so there's nothing overhead to sag or snap later.

Residents get real choice. Every home is served and every resident picks their own plan and holds their own account with us.

The value shows up at sale. Fiber availability can increase single-family home values by approximately 4.9%, condo values by 3.2%, and apartment rental values by 12.8%.

We work to your schedule, not the other way around

Getting fiber into a project is a coordination problem before it's a construction problem. We treat it that way.

Design coordination up front. We review routes and access against your site plan, and confirm what we can deliver and where, before anything is committed.

Timing agreed before we mobilize. Construction routes, sequence, and dates are set with your team, so our crews land in the window that works for the site.

What we disturb, we restore. We document conditions before work starts and put back what we touch.

Connected at move-in. Units are installed and service is activated so residents are online when they get their keys.

Questions developers and builders ask

Who pays for the network?
LiveOak funds and installs it. It does not draw on your construction budget.
When do you need to be involved?
As early as you can. Reviewing routes against your site plan before the ground opens saves everyone a second trip.
How do you fit into our schedule?
We agree sequence and dates with your team, then work to them.
Will units be connected at move-in?
That is what we plan for. Installation and activation are scheduled against your delivery dates.
What happens to the site after your crews leave?
We document conditions before work starts and restore what we touch.
Do residents have to use LiveOak?
No. Residents choose their own plan and hold their own account with us.

Why LiveOak Fiber For Your Community

As a local fiber internet provider, we live and work in the communities we serve. We want to be great neighbors in addition to offering a great service. Here are just some of the benefits of choosing LiveOak Fiber for your community:

  • Our network is buried underground and therefore more resilient to inclement weather.
  • We will do everything possible to avoid disrupting sprinkler systems, invisible dog fences, and anything else residents have in their yards. If there are any damages, LiveOak is responsible and will repair as quickly as possible.

We’ve worked with several HOA and MDU communities and are happy to provide references upon request.
