Matthew Biller
Vice President, Corporate Development
Matthew Biller brings more than 15 years of experience in infrastructure finance, corporate development, and broadband strategy to his role at LiveOak Fiber. Prior to joining the company, he served in Vice President roles at Ripple Fiber and Tilson Technology Management, where he led strategic initiatives, capital raising efforts, partnerships, and M&A activities, including working on over $1.5B of capital raising mandates. Matthew also spent more than eight years with KPMG’s Infrastructure Deal Advisory practice in both the United States and South Africa, advising on major broadband, transportation, and infrastructure transactions.
Matthew holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Matthew now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. In his free time, he enjoys playing water polo and tennis, reading fiction, chasing after his children, and whenever possible, surfing and kite surfing.
