Never did I think setting up Live Oak would be so easy. Honestly, the technician was so fast I didn’t catch his name. But, he was polite, professional and respectful. Phillip explained everything and helped me decide on a package that was affordable and fit my family’s needs. A week into renovations and it seems like the only thing going easy is our Live Oak. We’re able to stream the tutorial videos quicker than ever! Also they lay off/ fire employees for no reason other than saving money. Pretty concerning for a newer company. Also they falsely advertise the best “gaming connection”, they don’t even provide you with a public IP, that’ll cost you $10 extra a month. I had an overall excellent experience with LiveOak when switching internet providers! The installer was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and had me up and running quickly. The internet speed was great. Dealing with the scheduling and sign-up was smooth. Their prices are great.
