What is LiveOak Fiber’s billing cycle?

LiveOak Fiber bills in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the first and ends on the last day of each month that you have services. For example, your bill at the start of December will cover service for the entire month of December.

As a reminder, we’ll email you a PDF version of your bill as an attachment at the beginning of every month. You can also access your invoice a few days after the beginning of each month to view your statements online. We don’t currently send paper bills by mail, but you can download your bill as a PDF file from within your portal account.
