What is LiveOak Fiber’s billing cycle?

LiveOak Fiber bills in advance and utilizes anniversary billing based on the date you were installed for bill cycles 1- 28. If your account was installed on day 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, your bill cycle will be the 1st of each month.

As a reminder, we’ll email you a PDF version of your bill as an attachment. You can also access your invoice on the customer portal to view your statements online. We don’t currently send paper bills by mail, but you can download your bill as a PDF file from within your portal account.
