LiveOak Fiber Internet for your Community
How to Get LiveOak Fiber In Your Private Community
LiveOak Fiber will work with your community to make the following process as easy and seamless as possible. We are committed to transparency and will share as much information as possible so there are no surprises along the way.
First, we’ll need to get in touch with someone with your HOA or property management group to start the process. Depending on how your community is structured, this can be a board member, community association manager (CAM), or a contact with your property management company.
A LiveOak Fiber Community Sales Account Executive will give a thorough presentation on our company, fiber internet, and the installation process. We will show pictures of each step of the construction process and answer any questions.
Depending on your HOA bylaws or structure of your association, either the HOA Board or all the homeowners will vote to approve LiveOak Fiber in the community.
Once approve, we will begin the process of drafting a network plan specific to your community. This plan includes where the conduit, fiber, vaults, and flower pots will be buried. We will include your Community Association Stakeholders in this set to ensure our plan will work for your community. While construction work is a necessary part of building a new fiber network, we strive to minimize disruption for the residents or renters.
Depending on the agreement struck between LiveOak Fiber, the community wide internet solution will be turned online for residents, homeowners, and renters to enjoy.

Why LiveOak Fiber For Your Community
As a local fiber internet provider, we live and work in the communities we serve. We want to be great neighbors in addition to offering a great service. Here are just some of the benefits of choosing LiveOak Fiber for your community:
- Our network is buried underground and therefore more resilient to inclement weather.
- We will do everything possible to avoid disrupting sprinkler systems, invisible dog fences, and anything else residents have in their yards. If there are any damages, LiveOak is responsible and will repair as quickly as possible.
We’ve worked with several HOA and MDU communities and are happy to provide references upon request.
