Introduction

By entering into the  LiveOak Fiber LLC (“LiveOak”) giveaway promotion (the “Giveaway”), participant (“Participant”) agrees to abide by these Official Giveaway Rules and Legal Disclaimer and the decisions of LiveOak, such decisions which are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to:  (a) new LiveOak customers in LiveOak’s ready-for-install zones that (b) sign up for LiveOak service between April 1, 2024 and April 30, 2024, and (c) sign up for auto-pay with LiveOak.

How to Enter

Beginning on April 1, 2024, and through April 30, 2024, Participant may enter the Giveaway by signing up for LiveOak services.

TO BE ELIGIBLE, PARTICIPANTS MUST BE IN LIVEOAK READY-FOR-INSTALL ZONES AND PARTICIPANT MUST SIGN UP FOR AUTO-PAY WITH LIVEOAK.

Prize; Disclaimer

Upon installation of service by LiveOak to eligible Participants, LiveOak will give Participant a Roku Ultra streaming device (the “Prize”).  (For more information about the Roku Ultra streaming device please refer to:  https://www.roku.com/products/roku-ultra.)

Prizes limited to the first 750 eligible Participants and Prize recipient must be 18 years or older.

Subject to applicable law, the Prize is offered “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind or nature, including without limitation, any warranty respecting condition, merchantability, quality, title, or fitness for a particular purpose. LiveOak is not responsible for replacing the Prize if damaged unless such damage is caused by LiveOak.
