How do I set up Alexa?

Start by tapping into ‘My Network’ on your main dashboard and then tapping into services. To enable Alexa, tap into the tab labeled Alexa and turn on ‘enable service’ using the toggle. 

To use this feature, you must have an Echo, DOT, fire tablet, or other Alexa-enabled device installed with Alexa already set up and running.

Once Alexa is installed, you will need to go into your Alexa app. In the main menu of the Alexa app, select ‘skills and games.’ Here, search for a skill called ‘Calix Smart Router’ and enable the skill. A login screen will pop up, and you will need to log in using your LiveOak Fiber account information. 

After this, your Alexa will be ready to go!
