When should I cancel my phone line with the other service provider?

Your phone line must remain active with no open pending orders until the transfer is complete. The transfer is complete when you are able to make and receive calls while connected to our equipment. That is when you can begin the process of disconnecting service with your previous phone provider.

How long does it take to transfer my phone line?

It can take a minimum of 7 business days (excluding holiday’s) to transfer your phone line.
